We will work with you closely at the beginning of your project to make sure that the entire process runs as smoothly as possible. We can provide initial concept drawings through to complete working drawings before we apply for consent from Council. We believe this stage is critical to the overall success of the project.
Project Management
Windsor Construction will manage every aspect of your project while in progress. From demolition and foundations, framing and claddings, right through to interior fit out and exterior landscaping, you can rest easy knowing that our employed carpenters work to the highest quality standards and we only use trusted sub-contractors that we have built solid relationships with over the years.

The Windsor Construction team are a part of the New Zealand Registered Master Builders Association, as well as Licensed Building Practitioners and are Accredited Users of Auckland Councils Artisan Inspection technology, meaning it provides owners with genuine peace of mind and confidence in the quality of the build of their home.

Caleb Douglas – Managing Director, Owner and Carpenter
After acquiring his National Certification in Carpentry through the BCITO in his early 20’s, Caleb always dreamed of starting his own building business, which soon became a reality in 2012, after returning from his overseas adventure with his future wife Stacey.
Windsor Construction was born and the rest is history. Caleb has a great passion for all things building related, and prides himself in always going above and beyond for his customers, no matter what the circumstances.
Caleb realises that the next generation of builders has to be just as strong as the previous, which is why he puts a lot of care and time into his apprentices to make sure that not only are they working to a high quality, but also have the tools and skills to better their own lives and follow their dreams too.
Outside of work, you are most likely to find Caleb spending time with his 3 daughters and wife, as family time is paramount. Sports, fishing and socialising are the next best thing!
We aim to stick to working within 5km of Eden Park but realise this is not always possible and can be flexible for the right customer.
